StreamFab respects the intellectual property rights of others and strictly complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). While StreamFab does not actively monitor users' activities on their local devices, we strongly oppose any use of StreamFab for unlawful purposes, including the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content.
2. Nature of the Service (Important Notice)
No Content Hosting
StreamFab provides local software tools only. We do not host, store, upload, or index any copyrighted media files (such as movies, music, or videos) on our servers.
User-Controlled Activities
All downloading, copying, or conversion activities are performed solely on the user's own device and under the user's control. Users are fully responsible for the content they process using the software. StreamFab assumes no liability for such user activities.
