Refund Policy

We value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with our products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are granted.

Time Limits for Refunds

The refund time limits apply to StreamFab product line.

  • Monthly Subscription Plan: Unconditional refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Yearly Subscription Plan and Lifetime Plan: Refunds within 14 days of purchase, but only for qualifying orders.

Situations Eligible for Refunds

  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, you can receive a refund for the duplicate product.
  • Wrong Product Purchase: If you purchased the wrong product and subsequently purchased the correct product within the refund period, the wrong purchase is eligible for a refund.
  • Technical Issues: If the purchased product is unusable due to technical issues, and you contacted our support team but the problem wasn't resolved within the refund period, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Subscription Billing Errors: For subscription plans, if you canceled your subscription before the renewal date but were still charged, you are eligible for a refund of the erroneous charge.

Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind after purchase.
  • Expired Refund Period: Refunds are not granted if the purchase (including renewals) is beyond the refund period.
  • Wrong Product Purchase Without Correct Purchase: Refunds are not granted if you purchased the wrong product and did not buy the correct product within the refund period.
  • Product Misunderstanding: Refunds are not available if you did not read the product description and daily limits carefully, or did not try the product before purchase, resulting in dissatisfaction with its functionality or compatibility.
  • Subscription Renewal Claims: Refunds are not granted if you claim you did not make the purchase but the order is an automatic renewal.
  • Streaming Platform Subscription Cancellations: Refunds are not provided for cancellations due to discontinuation of streaming platform subscriptions.
  • Regional Price Differences: Refunds are not granted based on price differences between different regions and suppliers.
  • Authorization Issues: Refunds are not provided if you are unable to authorize the product and did not contact the support team for assistance.
  • Unresolved Technical Issues Due to Lack of Cooperation: Refunds are not granted if the product is unusable due to technical issues and you refused to provide necessary information or cooperate with the technical support team.

Note

Our subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you are unsure whether your subscription was successfully canceled or do not know how to cancel it, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page, and we will assist you promptly.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically re-subscribe you. It means you have canceled the next and future billing cycles. You can still use our products until the next billing date. If you wish to cancel your subscription and receive a refund, you will no longer be able to use our products as a paid user after the refund.

Your refund will be processed within 1 to 7 business days according to different payment methods. Please note that once a refund is issued, the corresponding product license will be deactivated.
