1. Authorized Sales Channels
To ensure the security of your payment and the validity of your license, please purchase StreamFab products exclusively through our official websites (StreamFab.com or DVDFab.cn) or authorized partners.
- Risk Warning: Licenses purchased from unauthorized third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or unverified resellers are considered high-risk and may be blocked or revoked without notice.
2. Try-Before-You-Buy
We operate under a "try-before-you-buy" principle. We strongly urge users to try the free trial version to verify functionality and compatibility with their specific systems before committing to a purchase.
- Trial Benefit: The free trial allows you to verify the program's functionality before joining our thousands of satisfied users.
3. Payment Methods & Security
- Secure Payments: We offer various secure payment options tailored to your region (e.g., Credit Cards, Local Wallets), which will be displayed on the checkout page.
- Transaction Security: All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment credential details on our servers.
- Currency: Prices are displayed based on your selected currency or location. Your payment provider may apply their own conversion rates or fees.
4. License Delivery & Activation
- Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment, an order confirmation with activation instructions will be sent to your provided email address. If you do not receive your confirmation email within a reasonable time, please check your spam/junk folder or verify your order status via the Member Center.
- Activation: You must create an account on our website and activate the software using your purchase email and password via the Member Center.
- Timing: License validity starts from the date your order is placed, regardless of when the product is actually activated.
5. Subscription and Auto-Renewal
- Model: Subscription-based plans (Monthly/Yearly) will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service unless canceled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel the auto-renewal at any time via the Member Center or by contacting Customer Service. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
6. License Usage Limits
- Individual Products: Standard licenses for individual StreamFab products support one (1) PC by default. Users may choose to purchase a 3-PC value-added service based on needs, which provides three (3) additional seats, bringing the total to four (4) authorized PCs for that specific product.
- All-In-One Product: StreamFab All-In-One is provided with a fixed five (5) PC simultaneous authorization limit. StreamFab All-In-One does not offer an additional 3-PC value-added purchase option.
- Non-Stackable Policy: Please note that licenses are non-stackable; repeat purchasing multiple separate licenses of the same type will not cumulatively increase the device limit on a single account.

- Purchase Benefits: Paid users receive free upgrades, updates, and technical support as long as the subscription remains valid.
7. Order Verification
To protect against fraud, we reserve the right to review and verify orders. Transactions deemed high-risk or fraudulent may be canceled, and charges reversed at our discretion.
