Yes. There is an upgrade discount for StreamFab users to get StreamFab All-In-One, please go to the Member Center and click Dashboard> StreamFab icon and click "Upgrade Now" to get it at a best price.

Why I cannot use the coupon I got?
The coupon code cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be used for All-In-One and bundle products.

Where can I input the coupon code?
The coupon code cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be used for All-In-One and bundle products. You can click the blue words "Have a coupon code?" on the checkout page and then enter the coupon code.

Can I update the payment method of my subscription order?
Yes. Please go to the Member Centerand click "Subscription" and go to the Active orders and click "Change Payment Method" per your need.

What to do when it says payment failed?
Please change a browser to purchase again. Try to contact your bank to allow the transaction. Please change another card to purchase again.

No. StreamFab does not support installment payment at present. Payment via Cards are available for you to choose.
