1. Why does my Mac show a space shortage?

1. Please try to change the output path and the temp path in the Settings panel, do not use cloud drive or anything like that. 2. If you are using a NAS path as a directory, please map the Nas path to your Mac first. 3. If you don't have another path to select, please go to the temp path and output path to delete any files or folders that are not needed to try again. 4. Please go to the settings panel of your Mac system, make sure that our software is fully accessible to your hard drive.   1. Why is streamfab not working/always crashes?

Please uninstall the software and clear cache. After restarting the computer, download StreamFab from Download Page and try again. The cache folder at C:\Users\xxx\Documents\StreamFab\StreamFab\temp C:\Users\xxx\Documents\StreamFab\StreamFab\Log

  1. Why can't I download 1080p videos from Netflix, Max or other OTT services?

Please refer to the Product Page for the resolutions supported by StreamFab. If you can't download 1080p videos from Netflix, please Contact Us, attaching the log file and video title. Moreover, the resolution of a downloaded video depends on the highest playback quality and how the video is DRM-encrypted. The reason why StreamFab fails to download 1080p video may be that the OTT service undergoes a DRM upgrade or there is a limitation on the maximum playback quality of the video. For example, Disney+ limits the highest playback quality to 720P in any browser.

  1. How to Report an issue?

If you encounter problems while using the StreamFab, you can give us feedback and we will help you solve the problem. 1. You can submit the issue with details via the Menu > Feedback in the software. This way will attach the log file automatically. 2. You can also go to the Contact page to submit it, choose the corresponding options, and describe the problem in detail. 3. Tubi at present is supported by StreamFab PC versions, StreamFab for Android has not include this modeule yet.

Please go to "Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features" to uninstall StreamFab. After that open My Computer and go check if there is any related file left in C:\Program Files OR wherever you installed StreamFab, manually delete them. Also, please go to Documents to delete the StreamFab folder.

  1. Why are Amazon downloads only downloading aac 2.0 not 5.1?

In the past period of time, the Amazon videos download use the re-encoding mode and can only support to download aac audio. Now download mode has been back to normal and can support EAC3, please update to the latest version.

Please log in your YouTube account on Google Chrome first, close the browser, and then log in to YouTube in StreamFab to try again. Please log out YouTube on Chrome and then login to try again and see the result.

  1. What to do when the video download failed in VIP Services?

Please make sure you can playback the video in the normal browser. If so, please paste the url to website bar of the service in StreamFab. If still have a problem, please offer the url and the StreamFab.log and Contact Us.
