No re-encoding and lossless.

How to avoid StreamFab monitoring the links all the time?
Please click the button(☴) and then go to Settings>General,then uncheck the option "Monitor clipboard content".

Why is the download speed so slow?
As for the download speed, it's the streaming services allocating bandwidth.
5mbps sounds close to the minimum you would need if you were streaming HD content in real time.
You may also check your system resources, something else may be hogging your bandwidth.
