  1. After installing StreamFab and opening it, the message "Entry Point Not Found when it starts up" prompts.
  1. My downloaded videos do not have subtitles, what should I do?

When the download is complete, please make sure that you have enabled the subtitles when you playback the videos. If you still have a problem, please contact our Service Team at https://www.streamfab.com/contact.htm

  1. Why I pasted the URL in the software, it failed?

The method of pasting the URL is only for YouTube related websites, not for VIP Services section.

For the websites in VIP Services, take Netflix Downloader for example, you may click Netflix and then search for videos you want to download, or paste the URL at the top URL bar of Netflix Downloader.

  1. What should I do when upgrading StreamFab but it failed?

You can click http://www.streamfab.com/download.htm to directly download and install the latest version of StreamFab to get update.

  1. Can StreamFab download live video?

There is currently no plan to add support for live video downloads.

  1. What do I do when Apple TV Plus Downloader prompts age restrictions?

Please start playing episodes with age verification in the StreamFab browser and confirm the age verification.

  1. For Crunchyroll, it does not automatically jump to beta pages.

Please log out your crunchyroll account, and then open the page below on a regular browser like Google Chrome to log in your crunchyroll account again.


If you are not in the US, it might be a problem, so please use a VPN tool to help you connect to the US to try again.

  1. For Peacock, when receiving the message" You cannot download the videos simultaneously from multiple streaming services, to download from Peacock, please close Peacock first", what should I do?

It means that you have clicked Peacock in a row, please exit the program and try it again after a while.

  1. For Star+, a black screen appears after you click to start.

1.Make sure your internet connection is OK.

2.You can try to add the software to the trust list of antivirus software or firewall to prevent the software from being blocked.

3.Please clear up the "cache" folder at (C:UsersxxxDocumentsDVDFabStreamFab empcache) to try again.

  1. When receiving the message" Some updates have been made to Netflix Downloader in this version. It is now faster, stabler and supports to download EAC3 5.1 audios. But, to make the updates work, please logout your Netflix account and re-login."

Please click OK, the Netflix account will be automatically logged out.

Then log in again . If you still get the same prompt, please log in with your email instead of your phone number to try it again.
