With Dowload Mode, StreamFab provides our users with fast download speed (up to 30-50 MB/s), lossless video & audio quality, multiple subtitle formats (Remux and external subtitle files) and high quality audio & video formats (4K, HDR, Atmos and others).

The download quality is based on the playable quality in Chrome/Firefox browsers. However, due to the varying DRM protection types for different quality levels, it implies that not all playable quality can be downloaded. In some cases, we can utilize some specialized technical methods to enable users to download video quality or Codec that cannot be played in the browser.

• Hulu does not support 4K video playback on browsers, but StreamFab allows users to download 4K content for offline viewing.
• Amazon users are unable to play H.265 or EAC3 audio in their browsers, but StreamFab allows users to download H.265 and EAC3 for offline viewing.

• If it displays "Updating", it means there is an issue with downloading from the streaming site, and our team is working on an update to resolve it.
• If it displays "Running", it means the streaming site is functioning normally. In this case, please restart the client or your device, uninstall and reinstall the client, and try downloading again.

We recommend that firstly you should check whether the video can be played in a browser, as some videos can only be played via the app. If the video can be played on a PC browser, try to copy the video link and paste it into StreamFab's built-in browser.

1. For error code issues

Currently, the common error code is error code 314. This message indicates that you may be using, or have used, a cracked version of StreamFab. Please delete it from your PC and download the official version.

2. For download limit issues

To maintain a favorable environment of streaming services and adhere to the principle of fair use, StreamFab limits the maximum number of downloads from streaming services. Currently, the maximum number of videos that can be downloaded from each platform per day is 100. The number of downloaded videos will be automatically reset the next day.
